Denver web developer Benjamin LeBlanc, who is a freelance developer, has a unique perspective.
He’s the founder of Denver Web Development, an online training and certification program that gives you the skills you need to start building websites.
LeBlanc is a member of the Denver Web Development Association (DWDA), a group of professional web developers who also work for a local nonprofit.
He says he’s a huge fan of professional development because it gives you a platform to build and improve your web design skills, and because it will give you more time to spend with your friends and family.
“You can’t get better at anything if you don’t have a community and a community to connect with,” he said.
“I love working with professional web development and the fact that I can get to work with people who are doing that has helped me a lot.”
For LeBlan’s first month at Denver, he was working on a personal website.
He said he wasn’t sure if he’d be able to build a business model or create a website for his own site.
But he did get some feedback from other developers, who told him that the industry is struggling to keep up with demand.
He thought about what he could do to get more traffic to his website and realized that he could build a social media campaign using his web design tools.
“I started with Twitter and Facebook and the last thing I want to do is try and build a site for my own website,” he says.
“So I started building a campaign with the Twitter platform and I started tweeting my followers, my followers liked it and so forth.”
So I went back to Twitter and started building my own page,” LeBlac said. “
But it didn’t work out because there was no way for people to find it.”
So I went back to Twitter and started building my own page,” LeBlac said.
The campaign eventually reached about 100,000 people.
He also used Google Analytics to see what people liked about his site and how often they clicked on the “like” button.”
This was a very simple idea to do a web campaign, but I was able to scale it with Facebook’s built-in tools,” he explained.”
That’s when I started to see a real spike in traffic and I knew this was the right time to get in on it,” he continued.”
And so that was the first of several Facebook campaigns I did, using Facebook’s tools,” Leblanc said.”
Eventually, I had an opportunity to join up with a local web developer who has been in the business for about six years and they were able to help me build a Facebook page.
“The Facebook page was very successful, but then my business went bust and so now I have to start all over again, but it’s definitely easier to build something new,” he concluded.
“There’s always room for improvement, but there’s also room for growth.”
